Your success in the field of endeavor which you choose for your life work will be measured by the efficiency, accuracy, and speed with which you dispatch the tasks set before you. Your rewards will not be rated from HAH to WEN. They will be received in the form of increases in salaries, and responsibilities or no raise and loss of your position. These rewards can be measured in terms of good homes, new automobiles, a well dressed family at one end of the scale. At the opposite end we readily recognize the lack of these essentials to a happy life. My sincere wish is that each of you may conduct yourself and your affairs in such a manner that you will progress toward the more abundant life. Vffmmgeeof Maurice L. Cochrane Superintendent Princ1pal's Message To the students: May this yearbook be a record of all the memorable events of your school days and may you always, in paging through this book, think of them as the most worthwhile days of your life. I would like to thank you,the students, for extending us such wonderful cooperation in helping maintain a high academic level under extremely adverse conditions during the building of our new physical plant this past year. May all your friendships acquired throughout your high school be lasting ones. . grown Principal N-'fn' 5 I X N X VANDBHHEIDE J WWHD LEBLANP 4 BnUWN J HEHIN 'dvi 1 STAUFF P C LLBLANC R LABRIE L WILIIADS 5' 4 f v 1 Student Cozmc 7 The Student Council meets the first Monday of every month They have been much more active this year than in previous years They have or are sponsoring an Amateur Talent Show, assembly programs and the Homecoming Dance They have also been deciding many discipline problems The members are as follows Seated walter weston, Sandra Afton, Treas Nancy Speese, Sec Nancy Deyo, Pres Mr Brown, Faculty Adv Munson Robinson, V Pres Marjorie Mattson, Rose Hyde Standing Robert Humphreys, Vincent DeYoung, Norman Cochrane 968 , 'Q RSM Us A .0 'Q , 'e T' S' ! 5 .As ' Y f y I AU ' ' ' ' , a S I 5 1 QTFXRS X 5 11 Ad Mr L6 Blanc John Coalter Jane Afton Cheerleader A Sr. Play M choir l-2-3-Lg, Band l-2-3 Paper staff 3-14 why take life seriously, you'll never get out of it alive! 1 June Coalter Band 3 Paper S taff Lg.
