Visitor From Abroad Victor Laus, Kenston's second A,F,S, exchange student this year, came to Kenston the second semester from West Geauga. On his first day here Max introduced him to the senior homerooms with the words, Be good to him. From then on Vic was on his own, In his own quiet manner he circulated around the school making friends of all he met. In English class he astounded the seniors with his dexterity with the language which he learned in school in the Philip- pines, After school classes in June, Vic leaves for a trip to various parts ofthe U,S, and then for his home, When he goes, he'll take the memories ofthe year well spent with him and leave memories of his wisdom behind. 36 Victor at home with the Watson family,

This year one of Kenston's foreign exchange students was Max Bragado, a lively Latin from Spain, Max lived with the Robbins Bosworth family on Bainbridge-Auburn Road, He arrived in Bainbridge late in August. Max quickly won the friendship of all the members of the senior class at an open house given in his honor before school started, I-le soon be- came one of the best known boysinthe school. His efferves- cence was exceeded only by his ability to play the piano and to woo the girls, After this year, Kenston's halls will never more hear his Spanish-accented English, but it will be a long time before anyone will forget Max Bragado, Good luck, Max, Adios. Max with the Bosworth family, 37 Foreign Exchange Students
