Paul Saiter pulled down a lot of rebounds during the year. I-Iere's one that got away. It seemed as if the referees never called fouls except when they were against Kenston. Here is absolute proof that at least one time they called a foul on the other team. I l l Paul Saiter shot and Jerry Taylor waited for the rebound in his ever- present red knee-guards. Jerry Taylor put in two points on this shot. The action took place during the previews against Perry High School.

Everything started moving with the jumpball at the beginning of a J. V. game with Kirtland. Jerry Taylor was completely off the floor when this picture of him was taken while he dribbled down the floor during the Newbury game. Kenston lost. Jim Cross looked like he was going to swallow the ball after it came through the hoop. He didn't really. Don Takacs gave his man a dirty look while he was shooting the basketball during the previews, which were held at Kenston. Gary Stubbs drove in for the easy lay-up and two points during the previews. The gym was packed.

The Junior Varsity Basketball team brought to light some promising young players, even though the team dic1r1't enjoy a winning season Several of the players will be pushing remain- ing varsity members next year as only one varsity letterman is returning.
