enior W icerfi Dick Faber, President Jack D'Amico, Treasurer Jack's pleasing personality and his always neat Joe Col- lege appearance are prime reasons for his popularity with his fellow students and teach- ers. One of the key lettermen on our swimming team, Jack, the executive type, was an officer of his Junior Class last year. Nick. Lpngo, Boys' Marshal Nick Longo well deserves his high esteem here at Kensington, because gf his friendly, polite manner and his likable person- ality, O e of Ken's most dynamic athletes, Nick has been a membqfgf our baseball and basketball squads and scored more than his share of touchdowns as left halfback on our football team last year. 1 Marlene Kuske, Girls' Marshal Winning is routine for our Girls' Marshal. Not only has Mar- lene been a member of championship volleyball, basketball and bowling teams for four years, she is also President of her l-li-Y. She professes an interest in the business world. ' 22 Dick's quiet unassuming ways have brought him many lasting friends at Kensington. Besides being an honor student, Dick was an outstanding member of the Cross-Country Team and was invaluable to Ken as a pitcher on our baseball team. We all wish Dick the best of luck in his future endeavors as an engineer. Sally Heeb, Vice-President The qualities which make Sally a good cheerleader and officer of the Student Council also cause her to be liked by everyone. Assuming jobs of responsibility, she carries them out with sincerity and integrity. Next year she is planning to go to State Teachers College. Judy Albright, Secretary Our effervescent Secretary always has a cheery Hi for everyone. Her leadership and her excellent capabilities have been evident in her work on the Student Council and the Coun- cil on World Affairs. Besides having a part-time job, she is an honor roll student and a member of several athletic teams.

The world has expanded its boundaries beyond the horizon, creating unlimited opportunity for us who are graduating here tonight. To help us prepare for this challenging future we have just completed four years of educational, spiri- tual and emotional growth under the wise and un- tiring supervision of many persons dedicated to our well-being. We wish to express to them our heart- felt appreciation. Mr. Roberts, our esteemed principal who brought to us at Kensington his rich background of experi- ence gleaned from many years of high school od- ministration - in two short years you have en- deared yourself to us all. We shall never forget your friendliness and wholehearted devotion to our welfare. Mr. Kelly, to you we extend our sincere thanks not only for your understanding of our many prob- lems, your ready advice and approachability, but also for keeping us in line as painlessly as possible whenever the need arose. To all our teachers whose inspiration, patience and encouragement we will long remember, we now express our gratitude. lt is you who perpetuate the spirit of Kensington, so dear to our hearts. Each of us will now commence his chosen career in life. Each will begin to steer a purposeful course that must be taken alone. Each will encounter problems that must be solved individually. What- ever difficulties may be ahead, whatever tasks may confront us, the knowledge and courage and skill which have become ours in the past four years will stand us in good stead. What names from among our ranks will enter history as explorers of the unknown horizons? Who of us will discover the new worlds that lie iust beyond our seeing eyes? Who will penetrate outer space with all its hidden mysteries? True, some of us will not soar to great and hallowed heights, some will not attain fame or even moderate recognition, but all of us can achieve that inner peace that comes with making the most of opportunity.
