Score-Broncs 25, Lions 0. Milton-Freewater Game: The angry Lion eleven crushed the Mac-High Pioneers, after a 67 yard run was called back. The victory ended an eleven game losing streak. Score-Pioneers 7, Lions 12. Jack Morres, Norman White Tom George Walt Eberle, Jim Gower, Ken Nolan, Roy Williams, Dick Powell Joe Turner, Walt Eberle Highland Game : The Lions traveled to the Scotties' stadium to trounce them in a game in which everything the Lions did seemed to be correct. The Lions were putting on a scoring spree in the fourth quarter, but when they were on the verge of scoring, and the time was getting short, the Lions called time out; the referees signaled as such, but the clock kept going around, ending the game and the Lions' hopes for a win. Score-Grizzlies 21, Lions 20. Ephrata Game: The Lions journey- ed to Ephrata, where they met an inspired Tiger team. The Tigers were a much tougher team than ex- pected. The Lions fought hard, but they did not come out on top. Score-Tigers 24, Lions 13 Norman Eliason, Bob Pedigo, Norman White, Jim Knannlein Norman Eliason, Joe Turner Joe Forbes, Ron Markham Richland Game: The Columbia High Bombers, expressed their power in the Lions' Den by defeating the Lions. Pasco Game: The Bulldogs from across the river came to the Lions' Den to meet an inspired Kennewick eleven in the annual Armistice Day classic.
