K HS Football Team The 1957 football season for the Kennett Indians was a very successful one. The record was 8 wins and 2 losses. The team placed third in Big Eight Conference play and landed nine boys on the all-conference squad, including two on the first team, two on the second unit, three on the third team, and two honorable mentions. Iack Burns and Iohn Robinson were selected for the first team and Burns was named the outstanding lineman in the conference. Other boys on the squad were Ted Gargas, Kent Sexton, Gary Lambert, Larry Wilk,ison, Gary Parr, Langdon Jones, and Doug Broadway.
