I l LASS HISTORY Charles Woods, and Tommie Iames, to join our number. The number of Seniors graduat- ing from Kennett High School will be forty- two. The Senior Class had charge of the annual Sadie I-lawkin's Day Dance. The girls had a tough time catching their men for they had to run the length of the football field to catch them. As a class project this year the Senior Class installed fluorescent lights in the typing room and science laboratory, which was a much needed improvement. Pictures were made early this year and all of us have decided to go to Hollywood, so we'll see you in the movies. Class rings were ordered early in September and arrived on the l5th of Ianuary, which was a thrilling day for the Seniors. Enthusiastic plans are now being made for the Senior picnic dur- ing the last week of school. During the twelve years of our school life we have seen many new additions and im- provements made in the Kennett School sys- tem. Some of them are: the building of the Armory-Gymnasium, the football field, lights, bleachers, and bandstand and others. We hope to see many more improvements through- out the coming years. We are leaving dear old K. H. S. after twelve long years and as we pass through its portals, we pause just a moment to re- call a few of the happy and unhappy ex- periences we have had here. And we hope that you future Seniors will continue to con- tribute to the dear old Alma Mater and hold high its ideals, as we have tried to do. That's our life: and so we say, So long.
