The object of the Chapter is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to en- courage the development of character in pupils of Kennett High School. Membership in this Chapter is based on scholarship, leadership, serv- ice and character. Members are chosen from the junior and senior classes and must have a scholarship average of S or better. Members of the sopho- more class, meeting these requirements, may be chosen as probationary mem- bers of this Chapter. The officers for the first semester were: President , , . . PEP ClLlU Let it rain, let it shine, we will keep a steady line as the Pep Club goes marching along. During the football and basketball seasons the Pep Club of l945-l94B was on hand to give the team its wholehearted support. Under the sponsorship of Miss Priscilla Wilson, the Pep Club elected the following officers: President Alma Louise Barnes Secretary and Treasurer Helen Richardson The enthusiastic cheer leaders gave loyal support in defeat as well as victory.
