JFK Debaters Face Challenges, Remain on Top of Success A variety of sports are available for student partici- pation at Kennedy. Included in this list must be de- bate. Skills gained through this experience boost self confidence and school pride. Debaters tasted victory this year when last year's state champions were trounced by the Eagles. By gaining wins over the Ann Arbor-Huron, the top-rated team in the state, Kennedy debaters again added to the list of victories. Besides the value we gain now, experience in debate also pre- pares us for life. The co-operation and team effort in- stilled in debaters is important in all aspects of life.
