The secretaries of Kennedy are busy behind the scenes aiding both the faculty and the students. Typing, filing, acting as receptionist as well as operator, retriev- ing lost books and bandaging up cuts and bruises, keep the secreta ries busy. The maintenance men keep the school running smoothly and efficiently. By working late into the night these men see to it that Kennedy looks it's best both in- side and out. This year for the first time Kennedy has a snack bar offering students any- thing from submarine sandwiches to fruit drinks. Through the time and prepa- rations of the cooks these snacks are ready for students when hunger pains strike. It is not uncommon for students to be found eating between classes from 3rd period to 8th period. The J.F.K. students and faculty greatly depend on these people. Academics - 43
