That’s what most students thought they thought ot it. Exciting. That’s what it easily was if students just showed a little effort. The most frightening aspect of learning was thinking, and the most frightening thing about thinking was what It may accomplish. Surprise: 75 percent of the Senior Class will go on to some form of higher education. Surprise: 50 percent of the student body maintained an A or B average during the year. And not so surprising: 87 percent of the faculty had graduate degrees or equivalent credits. Those figures must mean something. Something was being done right. Someone was learning. You had to agree. The place works.
