While you actually always realized it, it was still hard to admit: there were others around you who were better at doing just about anything. lf you were going to be your best, you had to recognize that ettin better meant 9 9 getting help. You had to be willing to open yourself up to .those who could help you grow. Everybody around you had a story to tell, a talent to share, an idea to develop. Your job was to single out those persons whose abilities were what you admired, needed, and wanted for yourself.
