Counselors Aid in Pointing the Way Group and individual guidance, coupled with an extensive testing program, kept the four KHS guidance counselors occupied continuously throughout the school year. A new system of staff assignment provided for two counselors to work with each of the three classes. Main purpose of the department is to aid students to make free and wise choices based upon their understanding ... of their abilities, aptitudes, interests and altitudinal patterns in relation to their goals and ambitions.
