Vernon Bonham Es ididadoA caoili . P g Economics, Typmg Bob Aquistapace Math, Woodshop Auto, Math Moving out! When I'm 18, I'm moving out of the house! Do you remember these words coming out of your mouth? Wasn't it 3000 easy to say, but how about actually experiencing it? Well, you're 18 now, and it's time to move on to greater things in life. When asked about how she felt, Senior Charla Stevens replied, I would have mixed feelings, lonely and happy. I would be lonely because I would be away from family, and happy that I'm finally on my own. As another Senior, Stephanie Flippen put it, Kind of scared because I've never lived away from home before; it'll be a new experience for me. The feeling's mutual for the rest of right? It's a bit scary when you let the thought sink in. But hey a we'll all live through it. It isn't the end of the world, it's the beginning of a new you. Moving out just happens to be something that all of us will be experiencing at one point or another, so don't worry. The doors are opening and it's time to live up to your full potential. - Careen Chan Paul Brown Maria Card . ' Photography enas Dlaz Spanish, U.S. Hist. B.L. Randy Enos Dolly Felix Lily Fong American Gov't Physical Education Cooking EXCUSES, EXCUSES But really! It's in my locker!! , no dice. That excuse doesn't work with teachers anymore, especially since that term paper was assigned September second,. and here it is January twelfth, the day it's due. Try again , says the teacher With a menacing gleam in his eye, amuse me. How does one tackle this seemingly impossible situation? Senior Staci Walker explains how she would use creative genius and outrageousness to escape. would begin by explaining that I knew it had been assigned four months ago and that I had done it, but . . . Get ready here it comes. Well, you see, first, I lost the questions, but I couldn't answer them anyway because I couldn't find any of the books in the entire Bay Area! I did find the questions but I could't understand the books!! Luckily, two months later, I was ready to write. But see, that was when we had to go to Maui, for Christmas vacation, so I took all of my stuff with me. One day, I was on the beach, and this big wave came and before I knew it, everything was carried off to sea!!! And you better believe that some fish is getting the education of his life!! Go to your locker and get your term paper, Staci, the teacher didn't buy that one either. Sophomore Nicole Patterson has a somewhat similar plan to get out of this one. I started out in November, but didn't actually start my rough draft until December. We had to go to Switzerland for vacation, so I decided to do it there. Well, when we were in our chateau, a blizzard came, broke a window near my desk and blew the papers near the fireplace. I saved them but as I did, I tripped over some skis, broke my left leg, and my right arm as well. I'm right-handed, I couldn't write. I tried to type it, but the keys on my typewriter were all stuck. I finally hired someone to take it down as I recited it from memory, and I did finish it, but I left it at home. Here's a pass, go to your locker Nicole. So is that what it takes to get out of a sticky situation like this? Going to Maui or $w1tzerland and breaking a few bones? But even then, teachers still don't believe :t.0What 5 wrong with them? But, then just maybe, telling the truth might work 0 . - Jennifer Ikuta Haide Foust-Whitmore Special Education Lawrence Gowen Algebra Bernice Grosso Amer.
