ADMINISTRATION To the seniors: Four years ago, you came to Kennedy as freshmen. I also came to Kennedy as your new Principal. In a short days of this Isnala publication, you will be graduating. I feel this Class of 1988 is by far the most exciting class that I have been associated with. As you look over the past four years, you will see how much you've grown and how much you've matured. I am pleased to have been your Principal. Your life at JFK has been filled with many ups and downs. But now it's time to set your sights on bigger and better things. I know you will continue to strive to be the best that you can be. Set your sights high and look towards the future for all your successes. Do you remember these words coming out of your mouth? Wasn't it 3000 easy to say, but how about actually experiencing it? Well, you're 18 now, and it's time to move on to greater things in life. When asked about how she felt, Senior Charla Stevens replied, I would have mixed feelings, lonely and happy. I would be lonely because I would be away from family, and happy that I'm finally on my own. As another Senior, Stephanie Flippen put it, Kind of scared because I've never lived away from home before; it'll be a new experience for me. The feeling's mutual for the rest of right? It's a bit scary when you let the thought sink in. But hey a we'll all live through it. It isn't the end of the world, it's the beginning of a new you. Moving out just happens to be something that all of us will be experiencing at one point or another, so don't worry.
