.LJ , . 5 Winter Concert On December 22,1987, the Con- cert Band, Orchestra and Mixed Chorus had held an assembly. They entertained the students and par- ents with traditional music. For the concert, the band was directed by Mr. Ricci, the orchestra by Mr. Kober and the chorus by Mr. Hill. Pictures: 1. Concert Band in action. 2. Welcome If you look around the library, during December, you may have seen various decorations created by first, second, third, and fourth year Spanish students. Students studying first year of Spanish were to create pinatas. Students studying the sec- ond year of Spanish were to create ethnic ornaments and an ethnic baked goods. Students studying the third and fourth year of Spanish made ethnic baked goods. The Spanish Club, sponsored by Mrs. Benford, wore ethnic costumes which brought a special touch to the festival. During the festival, enter- tainment was sponsored by Mr. Hill and the Kennedy Chorus and Mr. Kober and the Kennedy Jazz Band. A cultural experience was had by all who attended. 4 .3 Fi'-'P 1 2ll 9
