Industrial Arts Department In an attempt to provide an extensive program for the more vocationally-oriented student, Kennedy ojjfered an extremely varied industrial arts curriculum. Among the courses provided were power mechanics, graphic arts, technical drawing, and the more traditional wood and metal shops. Directed by Mr. Edward Marshall, the department chairman, students had opportunities to gain practical experience in their various fields of study. The memories of these students will be of T-squares, engine parts, saws, and resistors. These students, it is hoped, will become better electricians, mechanics, and BERTRAM MILES engineers because of their training at JFK. Rutgers University, B.S.
