This years Varsity Club has been recognized and is much more active than the previous years clubs. It ran the concession stand at the basketball games and held dances. The club is in the process scheduling a trip to cz college athletic day along with many other activities. The Varsity Club serves as a basis of good sportsman- ship for the rest of the school and continues to show the reasons for Gry- phon spirit. At Kennedy High School, the girls have formed a Girls Athletic Association to help strengthen their abilities in sports. This year has proved to be very rewarding in helping the girls and the social activi- ties of the curriculum. Among others, Girls Hockey, Gymnastics, Girls Basketball, are just some of the events that the girls of J.F.K. participate.
