We are wrapped up with the outside world - not just ourselves. Teachers push us because they know that being involved can make the human be- ing a better person. At Kennedy there is always something to do such asi playing the drums in the marching band, par- ticipating in a debate tournament, putting together a collection of poems and prose for a school publication, becoming presi- dent of Student Council, volunteering your time at the Senior Citizens Home, and much, much more. One of the many goals set here at K.C. is to become a ver- satile human being. There is no reason why anyone should not participate in some club or organization.
