Miss Wacker develops her students' abilities in reading and pronouncing German. Mrs. Hazel Snodgrass-Remedial Reading. Mrs. Snodgrass helps students improve and strengthen their reading skills. . if Mr. Kenneth Dierdorf-French. In teaching French, Mr. Dierdorf maintains an interesting, lively atmosphere. This year there were many changes in the English Depart- ment. A variety of semester courses in literature and writing were offered to students in their junior and senior years. The purpose of these changes was to assist in providing a varied background in the English field to the students. 19
