Webb, who has guided us during the four years that Ken- nard-Dale has been growing and improving and who has worked in our commun- ity during the past eleven years as a teacher, administrator, church and civic leader. Through his tireless efforts and sacrificial service, Mr. Webb has contributed to the progress of our school. He has always been willing to lend a helping hand and to offer assistance wherever it has been needed.
