I Will: All my good times at K.H.S. to my kid sister. Her secret is patience. joe David Norwood Course: College. Ambition: Get rich. I Will: My locker to a freshman who doesn't like his own. Texans do things in a big way. Edward Tippel Course: General. Ambition: To keep outrunning Chevy's and bad Ford in- terceptors. I Will: My five stick trans- missions to Butch Forester, my three automatics to Dave Limer, locker ll56 to Mary Sweeney. Fortune and love favor the brave. Dear Senior Class of 1960, It has been more than an honor to be elected president of an excep- tionally fine class, and I thank you for it. I also wish to thank everyone for your spirit and co-operation during our last year. You have really made it the best year. The end of our high school days is here, and we must prepare for a life of our own. We must make our parents, teachers, and friends proud of us. YV e must repay them for the years spent trying, helping, and teaching. Some of us will be going to college, some into industry and some will go into the service. A majority of us will never see each other again, some of us will never part. But someday, no matter what happens, We all hope to get together and talk about the good old days, our Alma Mater, teachers and a million other things which seem so unimportant to us now. Whatever you do, do not ever forget that you represent Kenmore, the best high school in the world, and that you, and only you, can keep it that way. Do not forget that you represent the Class of 1960 and that the people will judge all of us by your deeds. Always do your best . . . second best won't do.
