Act 1 The Drama Club of Kendrick is directed by Mr. Thom Smith. Mr. Smith has been away from K.H.S. for awhile. During his absence, Mr. Smith was the Artistic Director of the C-adsen Civic Theatre in Gadsen, Alabama. He was in charge of designing the sets and costumes. He also produced four plays at the Amateur Community Theatre. The drama club was opened to the entire school at the beginning of this school year, when auditions were held. Denise Ogle Senior Denise Ogle is an inspiring young actress. She has played Mabel in The Induction and participated in The Glass Men- agerie at Kendrick. How much was that? Dot By Dot In addition to drawing, the K.H.S. Art Club completed the impor- tant job of restoring the Cherokee Indian that stands in the lobby. They also ren- dered their talents to other needed areas. During the year the club participated in a Goodwill program for Senior citizens which included a party at the Muscogee Manor. U.N. - Real The International Relations Club is composed of our Seniors and juniors that have an interest in international politics. In order to further their knowledge of this area, the group participated in the model United Nations at Colum- bus College. Representing their assigned countries, they solved international problems presented to them. Aside from the model UN., they assisted with service projects and assembly programs.
