Daily life of a Kendrick student varies according to hisfher grade level. For a freshman it means a larger school with more halls and no map to give you directions. lt also means being prime target for continuous freshman jokes. To sophomores it means familiar faces and places, but best of all it means having the chance to use those freshman jokes that you heard last year on someone else. For a junior it means getting your class ring, going to the prom for the first time, and being able to say l'm almost there. For a senior it means having to leave familiar places and faces. It means your last prom, your last homecoming, and being able to say I made it when graduation day finally arrives. 8 Student Life

if wa In the past, students and teachers have had their differences. We feel that Kendrick High is an exception. During the course of the day you can see the students joking with their teachers, and even more frequently, the teachers are joking with their students. We feel that there is a special bond between the generations. We don't have a genera- tion gap. More and more we find students chatting with their teachers. So, if you're asking yourself if Kendrick is a typical school, your answer should be no! After all you don't see a special relationship between students and teachers everywhere. Student Life 7
