Mrs. Whit- comb has devoted her life to serving her school and her com- munity. We would like to express our appreciation for all your time, help, and guidance. I e s Hand touching hand; Smile meeting smile; Happiness mingled with sorrow; Reach out for someone. ¥ Bk M 1 1 i f jj 1 , •d ra 1 if -i J EtM: 1 t u ' !S aB01if«:-.  Kk}K .  Jm The administration Reach out, the theme of the 71-72 yearbook is also the theme for having an enjoyable life. To reach out means to seek, to be active, to look for new experiences, new friends, and new situations. It sug- gests learning froin mistakes as well as success, but always growing, and learning as an individual. If one chooses not to reach out, there is no growth. It means being content in a small world, a very narrow circle of friends, and the em- phasis is on sameness - never changing. Reach out and enjoy an ever changing world or make no effort and become a very dull, bored indi- vidual. It is your decision. , 3 -w reaches out to help Mr. Claussen Mr. Abbs Mrs. Palmer Mr. Bill Abbs B.S., Manchester; M.S., l.U. Attendance Officer, Math.
