SENIORS KNIGHTS— CLASS OF ' 65 SENIOR HISTORY Reminiscing for a moment, the Seniors of 1965 first recall Freshman Parent Night, which consisted of a tour of the building, a program in the auditorium, and re- freshments. As sophomores, the main event was the selection of a class jacket which would be worn with pride. After much deliberation, the class chose blue jackets with white K ' s and numerals. The pace accelerated as we began our junior year. Now preparation started for our final year. We solicited magazine subscriptions since the proceeds of the mag- azine sales finance the Junior-Senior Prom. Another milestone of our high school career came when we chose our class rings. What an eventful day! Then came our class party Junior Swings . Oh, the memories! We reached the climax of our junior year with the Junior-Senior Prom, an event we had long awaited. Now we were on the doorstep of our final and most significant year. At last, our senior year arrived. There were senior pic- tures to be taken, announcements and name cards to be ordered, a yearbook to be compiled, and a Junior- Senior Prom to be enjoyed. With great pride and much joy, tinged with a bit of sadness, we reached the goal for which we had been striving — baccalaureate and graduation day.
