SCHOLASTIC HONOR JACKET WINNERS: ROW 1: Lee Cochard, Jennifer Groh, Marian Groh, Connie Dre- her, Candy LaVigne, Linda Weber. Chuck Courtney. ROW 2: Dave Cookerly, David Neal, John Molitor, Dan Houser, Bernard Smith, Mike Anderson. Presented Honors for Academic Excellence The last day of school is set aside for the presentation of scholastic awards. Those students maintaining an A average in any subject for two semesters are awarded blue ribbons. Those who maintain an A average for one semes- ter receive blue ribbons. Students who have maintained at least one semester of straight A work receive scholastic honor jackets. The 1964 valedictorian was Ferris McCormack with an average of 97.69. The salutatorian was Linnea Heathers with a 96.92 average. Third highest was Margaret Hulsen- beck. Charles Courtney was valedictorian for 1969; he main- tained a 97.19 average. Dave Cookerly with 96.26 was the salutatorian. Third highest this year was Dan Houser.
