DMINISTR TIO : They Guide the Students. To our school administration we owe not only personal success hut also the suc- cess of the entire school system. They carc- fully plan all activities within our school, and they plan for us and also direct those plans. They give freely of themselves so that we may learn to capacity and hecome hetter citizens. Our administration has had many extra responsibilities placed upon them during the past year. Among them were the con- struction of a million dollar gymnasium and a South Side School and an addition to the North Side School. Through their work and capability. Kendallville High School is accredited hy the Indiana State Department of Puhlic ln- struction as a first-class commissioned high school. XVe are very appreciative of their efforts for us. 'T 'if ROYAL XV. TRITCH Royal XV. Tritch, principal of the senior high school, spends much time with ns as individuals. He checks to he sure our requirements for graduation are complete and is always glad to give his assistance to anyone who may he in need of it. SECRETARIES Mrs. Adele Ruderman serves the school as secretary to Mr. Tritch. She cheerfully listens to our complaints, signs our admits, delivers our messages, and sells us supplies. In addition, she maintains our scholastic records and finds time to do correspondence and minieographing. Mrs. Cwendlyn XVall and Mrs. Elizabeth Thrapp are secretaries to our superintendent, Dr. Burt. They keep our activities records and maintain the financial records of the school be- sides performing their many other clerical duties.
