This season was the fifth straight year on the winning side . High caliber players are continuing a fine tradition. The seventh grade ended their first year with a '7 and 1 record. The scoring of Ray Rutland and Jeff Vick combined with the rebounding of Emanual Bouie sparked the offense. Daryle Burchfield and Jim Gaesser pro- vided the defensive strength, and a fine bench of Scott Cliff, Randy Merle, Gary Smith and Kevin Gay provided added depth. The 8th grade ended two years with a fine 9 and 6 record. Bob D'Agostino's scoring and Frankie Betts' rebounding provided much of the key to victory.
