DIRECTOR - Mrs. Grace Schlageter ACCOMPANISTS - Susan Dunn. Phillip Brehse The Senior High Chorus under the direction of Mrs. Schla- geter has had a very full year. In October we performed a com- bined Pops Concert with the Royal Blue Concert Band . In November eleven of the chorus members were chosen to partici- pate in the All-County Music Festival in Medina . A week later eight members, Sue Dunn, Beverly Marion, Marjorie Sargent, Ronald Botting, Craig Lape, William Hardenbrook, Daniel Childs and Craig Murphy were selected for the All State Music Festival in Albion. For the Christmas Concert we performed the musical narration This is Christmas narrated by Michael Gaessar. Scenes played by members of the Junior High Chorus portrayed the message of the musical selections. Staging was directed by Roxanne Buell. In the Spring we performed selec- tions from Brigadoon. Our many thanks to Mrs. Schlageter for her help and patience. The Junior High Chorus consists of about seventy-five members from grades seven and eight. We meet twice a week and have given two concerts this year. One on December 18, when we sang Lord of the Dance, Prince of Peace and African Noel. On January 29 , we gave a concert entitled We Believe In Music which included a song by our newly formed group Tri- ple Trio Plus. Our future plans include the All-County Music Festival March 8 and 9 at Holley - twenty-eight of our members will participate . We will also present a spring concert. Jwtzofv High School
