FOREWORD For a second time since WVorld VVar II the Board of Education of Kendall Central School has found it necessary to construct an addition to the parent building. This newest wing will provide 8 classrooms and a gymnasium. Certain remodeling within the present building will make available two additional classrooms. It is hoped that these much needed rooms will be in use by September of 1957. VVhile this construction is basically physical, it also affects us socially. We are providing better facilities for the education of the youth of our community. As a result K. C. S. will continue to graduate well-informed, responsible citizens who appreciate the American way of life and are willing to work and sacrifice to perpetuate our democratic society. Since we believe that the process of educating our youth is after all a form of construction and we recognize the importance of the addition to the entire student body, we have selected construction as the theme of our yearbook. F DEDICATICN Mrs. Alida Clow has taught high school English at Kendall Central School for the past ten years. In january 1957 she took a leave of absence from her teaching duties. Mrs. Clow took her teaching seriously. She introduced us to the attitudes that we would encounter in later life and prepared us for the possibility of a college education. She treated us much like the grown-ups we will soon be. She went out of her way to help organizations and officers to do their jobs. In sincere appreciation for all that she has done for us, we, the students of Kendall Central School, gratefully dedi- cate this, the 1957 Troulmdour, to Mrs. Alida Clow.
