Senior Proplzecq It IS June 1985 and the place is New York City where a benign looklng man with a white crew cut IS ready to board a Jet a1r l1ner The stewardess checking his ticket found that he was taking a trip around the world and h1s name IS Mr H A Trlmble the former Principal of Kempton High School She introduced herself as Marlene Sadler a mem ber of the Senior class wh1ch he sponsored IH 1954 At flrst he didn t recognize Marlene he decided it was her dark hair that had changed her so much Because there were many people Waltlllg' to board the plane he went to his seat saying that he would talk to her later Mr Trimble s first stop was in England at the Sea Shore Resort where he spent two lovely days ln splte of hlS falling and cutting his leg on a rock lt was nothing serious but he decided he d better have some disinfectant put on it He recognized the nurse at the first aid cottage She was Donna Hummel Donna was not so busy as Marlene had been so she had more tlme to V1Slt She told Mr Trimble that the blgg6St moment of her life had been when Queen Elizabeth had been convalescing there and she had been the nurse asslgned to the Queen Mr Trimble really looked forward to the next stop of his world wide excursion gay Par ee While there he decided to go shopping to buy a dz ess for his wife He went into the Paris Cloak dress shop Many of the dresses which the models wore were beautiful but he liked the dress worn by the red headed model best He asked her to step closer so that he might get a better look at the dress To h1s utter amazement the model was none other than Agnes Flynn now uslng the name of for the owner Monsieur Stevens a red bearded man wearing a black beret to step over Much to Mr Trimble s surprlse this was Charles Stevens another member of the 1954 graduating class Leaving the famous city of PBFIS Mr Trimble journeyed on to Rome While sight seeing 1n this h1stor1c city a poster advertising a coming concert caught his eye Studying it closer he found that Miss Patsy Sadler was the featured p1an1st Mr Trimble immediately decided to attend the concert Afterward he went behind stage to talk to Patsy Lo and behold' In her dressing room he found Ber nard Cassidy who was stvllng her hair The famed city of Istanbul was the next stop where there was a 5 hour delay 1n the route Having heard so much about the famed Turkish Baths of Istanbul Mr Trimble decided to take one As he was entering the bath house he met a hefty 300 pounder Don McG1nn1s who was going to another steam bath During their conversatlon Don told him that he was trying many different procedures to gain back his old high school weight After his steam bath Mr Trimble boarded h1s plane and headed for Calcutta where he began to think of his son in law who was stationed 1n the Marme Corps there He was to spend the week end with him In Calcutta he was met by the young man and they went on to the camp His son 1n law told him there was a show on the base that evening 1n whlch an American girl was featured She turned out to be LOIS Scha froth famed blues slnger from the United States Bidding' his son in law good bye Mr Trlmble boarded the plane for Chlna CCont1nuedJ l I , . . . i . . h . , . .
