1966 HI-LITES Che Hi - Lites KELLY HIGH SCHOOL KELLY , KANSAS VOLIME XVIIi - MAY 1966 — Foreword After twelve years we say, Goodby, to Kelly High School, its teachers and its students. We are e ver grateful to our teachers for pointing the way to truth, to our parents for encouraging us in our academic efforts, and to God Who has given us all these good things. To all, we say, Thank you. But let us now look forward to our birth into the world. The school years have given us a beginning of knowledge. The world outside Kelly High School will give us experience. We need both. For only in knowledge and in the application of that knowledge does a man grow in learning. We believe we are ready for the coming years. Dedication Happiness is found both in activity and in contemplation. Father Vincent Wavada, 0.S.B., a Benedictine who knows how to pray and work, has been with us for eight years as pastor of St. Bede's Parish. The students of Kelly owe Father a debt of gratitude. Dur- ing the years he has spent with us he has served the community in innumerable ways. Father Vincent has been the spiritual ad- visor for the students of Kelly Rural High and Grade Schools. It is a great pleasure for us to be able to dedicate our yearbook to our energetic and beloved pastor. D | | In | | | | ul | ( | —— = == == —I = v HIGH SCHOOL FACULTY Sister Innocentia, 0.5.3.
