To whom 1t may concern: Now that the Class of 1951 4s about to leave this sphere of activity, it devolves upon the members thereof to put their desks in order, set the classroom to rights, and make disposition of those treasures that must be left behind. Therefore, representing the Class of 1951. I have prepared the following document. But right here is a word of ex - planation. A will made in proper form always stipulates first of all: tafter the payment of my just and lawful debts. Classmates, insolvency threatens, for we are in- debted to parents, to other members of our families, and to the school faculty. Our obligations would be a crush- ing load were it not that our future usefulness is the insurance policy which guarantees the payment of our just and lawful debts. So to our creditors we pledge our future service, loyalty and labor. Joan Rottinghaus wills her skillful driving to Luella Gellhaus. Mary Lou Gellhaus wills her love for Kelly High to Reva Nolte. Mary Ann Boeckman wills her height to Mary Ann Brokamp. Donald Hunninghake wills his intelligence to Rosalyn Haverkamp. Gertrude Bokern wills her liking for free days to Betty Stallbaumer. Raymond Winkler wills his pastime of chewing gum to Mary Brokamp. Gladys Korte wills her love for dancing to Reva Nolte. Lawrence Hermesch wills his expert farming ideas to Richard Knneking. Marion Korte wills his expert singing to Geraldine Steinlage. Geraldine Hutfles wills ner neat handwriting to Rosalyn Haverkamp. John Steinlage wills his curly hair to Luella Gellhaus. We hope that the Junior Class will continue to keep the good class spirit of Kelly High, which we tried so to preserve. We, as a group, will to the students of Kelly High School our studiousness, our ways of keeping things in place; all our Senior dignities; and our indomitable courage of bringing are lessons in on time.
