We have heard how many there are here to destroy the dignity of man, There is: corruption in high places, There is too much selfishness, because people are seeking only their own in- terest. You have had the opportunity of a good education, That education which should have moulded your mind and heart in such a way that you will be an influence on all you come in contact with. The great teacher of mankind was the God-Man who is the great link between man and God, If you link yourself to God by prayer and yourself to man by work and study your influence will be far reaching. America has always needed men and women who will not be movie stars. But builders of homes that will be a stone wall against all of the isms that threaten our country. Therefore, representing the Class of 1951. I have prepared the following document. But right here is a word of ex - planation. A will made in proper form always stipulates first of all: tafter the payment of my just and lawful debts. Classmates, insolvency threatens, for we are in- debted to parents, to other members of our families, and to the school faculty. Our obligations would be a crush- ing load were it not that our future usefulness is the insurance policy which guarantees the payment of our just and lawful debts.
