FOREEDRD The class of l95h marked the twenty fifth graduating class from the ranks of Kellogg High a fact to be proud of in itself However, the pride and glory of our school lies not only in the graduation of her past classes and in their accomplish ents Rather it lies where all true glory is to be fou d, not in the past, but in the future This is where the glory of ou country lies, and the glory of the world And when a graduate sets his foot into the world into the calls upon the knowledges he has gained in his primary and secondary school ing to aid him in higher education, to make him efficient at his labo , and to help him accept his place in the complex society in which we exist today No, the glory, the reuard, for the educational fu ctions of our school does not end in a final crescendo on graduation night It does not end when the graduate is gone, for in reality he is never gone from her portals, just as his school shall never leave his heart It continues on, gaining in mass with each step forward on the part of the graduate It is multiplied by his actions, and transferred even unto succeeding generations Even as the graduates of the twenty five years gone by have added to the glory of Kellogg, so this, the Silver Anniversary Class of l95ha End every class to follow shall by their actions and successes reflect and intensify the light, the truth, the knowledge that is Kellogg View now, in the pages of this volu e, the activities, curricular and co-curricular, that train the students of our school, who are in truth the future of our community, our nation, and our world! future -the begins to work out his destiny, molding it in his hands.
