They perform a very necessary task, and at the same time, learn the fun- damentals of Library Science. The qroup is chosen on the basis of aptitude, orderliness, and willingness to serve. 21

AUNT EMMA SEES IT THROUGH I On the evening of the Senior Play, seven very nervous actors and actresses fidgetted backstage. . . Gnce under Way, they showed that they were true actors and the play was one of the most successful in' years. Mrs. Robert Iester conducted early rehearsals and Miss Blanche Keefe guided the group to a suc- cessful performance after Mrs. Iester left the faculty. The play was a three act farce, and kept every- one in stitches from beginning to end. At the close of the second act, a bouquet of flowers was presented to Miss Keefe by Walter Ulmer, Senior President. The evening was one to which the seniors will look back, as one of the memorable events of their high school days. 20

'Li 'E 1- 'si - I I E FOUR H The first activity of the year consisted of a school fair. The girls had charge of food, clothing, and crafts, and the boys took care of agricultural exhibits. The girls held a very successful banquet, as part of the project entitled, Food For Fun and Fitness. The membership of both the boys' and the girls' clubs has increased since last year.
