K-LOG The K-Log crew has a lot of work and headaches. They begin early in the fall and the work isn't finished until the annual is safely in your hands. The students do all the work outside of school on their own time. There is always a rush for deadlines with last minute work to be done. Even though they put in a lot of time and effort they all have a lot of fun working together. Trying to hear the latest news with one ear and keeping their mind on their work is difficult but they manage somehow. As you follow through the pages of this K-Log the an- nual staff hopes to relate fond memories of the year. STAFF Edwina Zabel: Editor Mr. DePao1o: Advisor Assistants: J. WILDCAT CAPERS Under the direction of Mr. Woodbury and the hard work of the individual staff members, the school paper is brought to the hands of the student. Reporting the news around school, inventing interesting features, selling advertisement setting up the layout, and coordinating all these activities under the added pressure of school assignments amounts to quite a job. As an added stimulant to the journalistic aspirations of the group, Mr. Woodbury has made it a requirement that, in order to get a credit for second semester journalism, a stu- dent must have sold one of his works to a publication. The clamor of the students on Caper-Day is ample testimony of a job well done. Editor: Joyce Smith Advisor: Mr. Woodbury Assistants: M. Haynes, Feature Editorg D. Lewis, Business Managerg L.
