AMERICAN ISM CLUB OFFICERS,L. to R.: Connie Hulbert, Secretaryg Norbert Schueller, Vice Presidentg Dave Mikesell, Presidentg Joe Harvey, Sgt. at Arms. Three major groups make up the Americanism Club. These groups are the anti-communist committee, the student government committee, and the historical committee. One of the projects of the anti-communist committee was to have a guest speaker speak to the Student Body on our American heritage. The student government committee suggested several recommendations for our student control system. It is this committee that is responsible for the conversion to student control in our school. At Christmas time the club sponsored a food drive for needy families. A contest was held between each of the classes to see who could bring the most food. -'N 1 61
