HO GR SOCIETY The National Honor Society is a club consisting of the students of Kellogg High School who are Scholas- tically outstanding. However, besides earning a B average in every subject, a candidate must have commendable character, leadership qualities, and he must be active in some serviceable group, either in the community or the school. One of the outstanding functions of the organiza- tion this year was the initiation assembly after the first semester. After the members had been initiated each of the teachers named several of their out- standing students. Thus, a person who was not quali- fied for the Society could receive due recognition.
