Prophecy Gary and Debbie were sitting around the fireplace at Debbie's house in Montana on a cold winter's night. Debbie, a registered nurse, was enjoying a relaxful afternoon at home with her classmate of '76, Gary, a successful hotel owner, had come for the weekend in his jet plane. They started talking about their past life and decided to get their 1976 yearbook out. As they were looking back upon old memories of their high school days, they decided to visit their old friends. They hopped into Gary's jet and told the pilot to head for the Emerald Isle , Kelleys Island. They arrived just in time to appreciate once again the Island's famous sunset. The two were quite hungry and decided to find a spot to eat. They went to Tony's Pizzaronie Shop and got a pizza. When they went to the counter to pay for their meal, they asked the little round man at the counter if he knew what happened to the High School Class of 976. The little round man said that he was in high school in the year '76, Gary finally realized that he was speaking to his pal Tony. Tony decided this was no time for work! So he closed his shop and the three of them sat down at a table to talk. Debbie asked Tony if any- thing new was happening to her sister and three brothers, whom she had not seen for years. Tony said that Jim had his own construction business. Her father had retired and left Jim a business worth Sl00,000. Jim Jr. has many construction businesses across the United States. He is 21 and figures on retiring soon. Mike is a second baseman for the Cleveland Indians. He earns 350,000.00 a year. He has been All-Star for five years. Since Mike has beeg iri time cleague, different baseball clubs have offered him a million dollar contract. He hasn't accepted because he wants to be close o e s an . Karen is starting a beauty salon in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. The business looks favorable and she expects a great profit. She also models on the side. Tony filled Debbie and Gary in on what everyone else was doing. Tim is unemployed now. He was a pilot for T.W.A. He is keeping busy by restoring old time planes. He then sells them. They are on display in many museums across the country. Charlie is a stock car racer in the Indianapolis 500. He purchased his stock car from Bobby Unser and races in many of the events. He has a couple of trophies that he prides very much. Vinnie now owns the Miller Marine Service and the Marine Grill. It is a successful business. She plans to have a reunion for all the school members. She is probably at the dock giving gas to a 60' cabin cruiser. Pam is now the Post Mistress of Kelleys Island, Ohio. She lives in the same house that she lived in when she was in school. She still has her 10 speed bike and rides it home everyday. They heard a knock on the door and Tony walked over to open it. In walked Sam, his brother, who had just come back from a vacation in California. He owns his own auto shop. Sam talked to both Debbie and Gary for three hours. Sam is married and has 10 children- five boys and five girls. Finally Debbie said that they had to go because Gary's pilot was going to pick them up early the next morning. Tony told them that the pizza and the refreshments were on the house. Gary and Debbie walked outside. They decided Kelleys hadn't changed much. The Island was as beautiful and restful as it always had been. They walked down Division Street to the Seeho1zer's where a happy reimion followed. The next morning Tony saw Gary's jet fly over his pizza shop. He saw Debbie and Gary waving. ,-. l it U! TFT F, fy..
