Dancing, dating dominate activities The Back to School jam, the computer dating survey and the selling of Valentine candy helped to make sponsor Mrs. Lisa Baker's first full year in Student Council fun and exciting. Throughout the school year, Student Council sold garters, stickers and school supplies to help raise money for activities. They sponsored two dances and a computer dating survey. Our main goal this year has been to meet all of the students' needs, said Baker. Student Council did many things for the faculty as well as the students. Some Student Council members made up a care committee which did several things for the faculty during the course of the year. They sent cards to and decorated faculty members' rooms on their birthdays. We hope they really enjoyed it because we like to put smiles on their faces and let them know they're special, said freshman representative Holly Adams. Student Council also gave a sundae party to the faculty during Teacher Appreciation Week. The Student Council did things for the stu- dent body and the faculty, but they also did some things for themselves. They went on a ski trip to New Mexico during spring break and they also had an end-of-the-year banquet. Now hear this f Necye Fail and jeb Carter announce King and Queen of Back to Sthool glam.
