Physical Activity, it is a daily routine for the teachers of Physical Education. From team sports, such as flag football and softball, to individual sports like track and conditioning, the teachers of PE. are continuously guiding students through rigorous activities. Why? Because a healthy body is a happy body, The P.E. teachers demonstrate the multi-faceted function ofthe human body to their students. They show them how to increase muscu- lar strength and endurance, how to strive for a greater cardiovascular capacity, how to become flexible, and how to function as individual and group athletes.
