Girls are taught soccer, tennis, and field hockey to stress team efforts while boys are taught soccer, touch football. basketball, and softball for the same purpose. Gymnastics are taught in both departments to impart both individual and group creativity. Cafeteria Strives For Service To Facult And Students Kellams cafeteria staff under the direction of Mrs. Eleanor Simpson. the school's dietician. daily prepares approximately 771 mid-day meals for students and faculty members. The cafeteria staff also operates a snack line during the mid-day meal where busy students can grab a quick, but nutritious. bite to eat. The snack line has been in operation for two years. However. a before-school snack line. which existed last year, no longer is offered. In addition to preparing food for the mid-day meal, this group of women also prepares food for special occasions.
