Pro- grams are varied for the individual needs, abilities and interests. and include classes in general math- ematics. algebra. geometry. trigonometry, calculus. consumer math and math analysis. Objectives strive to impart knowledge as well as enthusiasm in an every-changing society. Aside from regular classroom projects, each student is required to have at least one home proj- ect annually which is usually due at the end of the sewing unit. Although cooking and sewing are a part of a home economics course, child care, home planning via interior decorating, home manage- ment, financial planning and etiquette are stressed by Mrs. Cecelia Wilson and other instructors in the department.
