Inter-Club Council Undergoes Renovation: Discards Some Former Groups And Acquires New Sponsor To intergrate student activities and to provide fi- nancial aid to clubs if necessary is the purpose of the Inter-Club Council, a sub-division of the Student Coop- erative Association. The Inter-Club Council includes class and club activities. This year the Chairman was Terri Sawyer. Since Mrs. Sylvia Hallock did not return to Kellam this year. a new sponsor of the I.C.C. was needed. After several weeks of searching. Miss Elizabeth Dobyns was asked to sponsor the I.C.C. for the 1970-1971 school year. Met by the new challenge, Miss Dobyns helped to set a new standard by eliminating from I.C.C. representatives of groups not directly involved with class or club affairs. She also worked with Terri Sawyer and I.C.C. members as they reworked the previous constitution. Activities of the year centered around the evaluation of all clubs. a dance at the beginning of the year, and a collection for the United Funds. 228 Barry Bradberry nonchalantly takes his place in Mr. Davis' office for a quick call.
