. Q .wgaa V 2 he r To the Class of 1970, There are so many things that I would like to say to you but as is often the case I cannot find the ro er wo d . I 1 , , . , p p r s would simply like to point out to each of you that we were pretty lucky to get together as a class for four yearsg you know that I'm right! Ours was the class which truly exemplified President Nixon's theme, t'Forward Together, The cliques', were nonexistent in our class. Everyone seemed to know and like the other person. Things which have divided people in the past had disappeared. That, in my mind, was the most important factor in creating the academ- ic, athletic, and financial successes of the Class of 1970. I sincerely hope each of you carries this feeling into your adult life, for it is attitudes like this which will really make a better world. In conclusion, I must say that I have been very fortunate to be acquainted with all of you, and you have enriched l'f my 1 e tremendously. I ask only that you do the same for other people and live the happiest, most unselfish life possi- ble. Good Luck,
