Mr. Burns MR. CHARLES BURNS Here is the man well known by all those who have skipped classes or left their books in front of Their lockers. He is the assistant principal and is in charge of disciplinary matters at Keene High. He is very frank and fair in his dealings with the students, and they like him for it. Any organization must have rules or laws, and these must be enforced. Mr. Burns is doing an excellent job helping the students to enforce them.
