More And More Each Passing Year. MR. CHARLES BURNS This has been Mr. Burns, second year as assistant principal. It is clear to all that he has done a fine job with disciplinary matters at K.H.S.' The success of any organization depends partly on the enforcement of its rules. Mr. Burns is one of the persons whom everybody at school knows.
