Whatever years are allotted to each of us, no one ever knows ahead of time; that is one of the Sweet Mysteries of life. One thing is certain, however; when a moment passes by it is gone forever, and nothing can recall it. Nonetheless, there is a large-booming future awaiting all of you which ought to be seized aggressively so that your lives will be filled with time well spent and years well lived. Take hold of the future and let it be yours; make the world and your place in it what it ought to be. The graduating class of 1981 has been outstanding in their acceptance of educational change during their four years at Kearny High. The students and class leadership have shown maturing ability in cooperating to achieve the goals and objectives of the class. I am certain the positive educational experience will promote the success of class members throughout their lives. Good Luck in searching for your pot of gold. It's there waiting for you at the end of the rainbow. Just keep searching and striving to be the best you can be. I have abandoned my search for truth and am now searching for a good fantasy. 19
